Our collections, from Christmas Nativity sets to whimsical Animal Ornaments, are curated for individuals and families worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) who seek to create a warm, personalized, and festive home sanctuary.

Product Characteristics: We offer a wide array of seasonal decorations and accessories. Please note that many items are seasonal, decorative, and sometimes delicate. Descriptions, images, and prices on the site are provided with meticulous care but are subject to availability and occasional variation.

2. User Obligations and Account Responsibility

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not engage in any activity that disrupts its functionality or security.
• Provide a valid shipping address within our serviceable regions (global delivery excluding Asia and some remote areas).

3. Products, Services, and Descriptions

We dedicate ourselves to presenting our products—from Christmas Lights to Christmas Baking supplies—as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, craftsmanship, or material batches. If a product you receive significantly deviates from its description, please contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items: To ensure hygiene and preserve magic, certain items are final sale unless defective:

• Christmas Baking & Party Supplies: Items that contact food, if opened.
• Personalized or Custom-Made ornaments and figurines.
• Opened items from Christmas Bathroom Decor or Christmas Party Decorations for hygiene reasons.
• Any product explicitly marked “Final Sale.”

4. Ordering, Payment, and Pricing

Order Process: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order ships.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10–15 business days after shipment. Includes tracking and insurance.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD. Via EMS. Delivery in 15–25 business days after shipment. Includes basic tracking.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is designed with transparency and care.

Return Window: Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery receipt.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact.

Process:

1. Contact our Customer Care at [email protected] within 15 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Ship the item to our Returns Department at the address below, clearly marked with the RMA number, using a trackable and insured service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Upon receipt and inspection (3–5 business days), we will notify you of approval/denial.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow 5–10 business days for card refunds or 3–7 days for PayPal. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We gladly exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs (e.g., designs of our Christmas Nutcrackers or Christmas Decorative Boxes), and software—is the property of Michaels X-Mas Decor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. 8. Limitation of Liability

Michaels X-Mas Decor strives to provide a seamless and joyful shopping experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes, pandemics).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
