Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. We are proud to offer worldwide delivery to bring holiday cheer across the globe! However, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and some parts of Asia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate):
Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
Timeline: After a 1-2 day order processing period, delivery is within 10-15 days from the ship date. Perfect for getting your Tree Toppers and Lights in good time.

2. Free Shipping (on orders over $50):
Carrier: EMS.
Timeline: After the same 1-2 day processing, delivery is estimated within 15-25 days from the ship date. Ideal for larger orders like a full set of Ornaments or Christmas Baking supplies.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Your total delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:
– Standard (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after shipping.
– Free (EMS): 15-25 days after shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey!
